LUXIONA IN THE “PARIS DESIGN WEEK”
Luxiona has developed, together with Jean Nouvel, different high range lighting products. Three of these sophisticated designs will be exhibited at Jean Nouvel’s retrospective in the “Paris Design Week”, to be held from 12 to 18 Septembrer in the French capital. Jean Nouvel understands the light as a construction material, able to create atmosphere and to transmit emotions through its versatility. The products, created with Luxiona in 2008 (Araña, Flying Surface and Riddle), are a limited number of three lighting solutions that meet the new architectural needs: energy efficiency, versatility and freedom. The first edition of the “Paris Design Week” will be held at various areas in the city like the Boulevard Saint Germain, Champs-Elysees, Trocadero, Bastille, Opéra Madeleine and Austerlitz. Jean Nouvel's retrospective will be held in his study of Paris.
